I took my first step towards WORLD DOMINATION... um... Not quite. I just wanted to say that for dramatic effect. Actually, I took my first step towards starting my own business. I bought my web domain name. I reserved the .com & .net versions of it. I'm not going to reveal the name of the company & site until I have my other paper work handled.
Right now, I'm in the process of sketching out the design and layout of my website. I have also found two new clients that are happily allowing me to design a good portion of their wedding paper products. This will give me extensive work for my online portfolio. I'm really looking forward to working with them. They're both giving me a lot of creative license.
I just need to keep the motivation and momentum up. This is the year for me to be proactive.
